Prosciutto e Rucola
Our Prosciutto e Rucola is a sophisticated celebration of Italian flavors. We start with a base of fior di latte and sweet cherry tomatoes, then top the baked pizza with paper-thin slices of prosciutto di Parma, fresh arugula, and shavings of aged parmesan.
We source our prosciutto directly from Parma, Italy, where it's aged for a minimum of 18 months to develop its characteristic sweet and delicate flavor. The peppery arugula and savory parmesan create the perfect complement to the prosciutto, resulting in a balanced and elegant pizza experience.
