We source our prosciutto directly from Parma, Italy, where it's aged for a minimum of 18 months to develop its characteristic sweet and delicate flavor. The peppery arugula and savory parmesan create the perfect complement to the prosciutto, resulting in a balanced and elegant pizza experience.
