3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Ordering

You may place orders for our products through the Site. By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the products you have selected. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this confirmation.

3.2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit card or other payment methods we accept. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and fees).

3.3. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery within a certain radius of our location. Delivery areas and minimum order requirements for delivery may apply and are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, but we do not guarantee delivery times.

For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order from our store at the specified pickup time. Orders not collected within a reasonable time frame may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All product descriptions, including ingredients and nutritional information, are for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, there may be instances where the actual product differs slightly from what is described on the Site. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us directly before placing an order.

The PIZZAPIZZA name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PIZZAPIZZA or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of PIZZAPIZZA. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PIZZAPIZZA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PIZZAPIZZA, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Nova Scotia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms
